Premier Properties Antigua is a property management and rental company based in Jolly Harbour. Our mission is to provide world class property management services and solutions to an exclusive clientele. We pride ourselves in providing a personalized, professional and efficient service to all clients and guests.

- We offer a range of Villas, from luxurious 3 to 5 Bedrooms with pools and cozy 2-bedroom units. All of which come with basic amenities and well-equipped kitchens.
- Each room in individual villas has its own style and characteristics as each villa has its unique owner. (e.g. bedrooms/bathrooms, amenities, style)
- Majority of our rentals are well taken care of, personalized residences, which are located in gated communities. There is round-the-clock security personnel patrolling while you focus on enjoying your stay.
- All of our rentals are located within walking distance to power white sand beaches boasting crystal clear waters. Also, a few minutes walk away are stores where you can acquire your daily essentials, a sporting center, a golf course, a gym, and more!
